Welcome to ‘Building the Careers Bridge’. This is a page documenting my research into how we can improve cohesion between secondary/FE and HE careers services.

I started my 2-year part-time MRes Social Sciences Research Methods at the University of East Anglia in 2022, and plan to continue this research by completing an EdD from 2024.

My ultimate goal is to use what I learn from this research to produce a model and/or a set of resources to support schools, FE colleges and universities to bridge the gap between their careers services, and provide young people with the cohesive, high-quality careers journey they deserve.
